We collect only minimal personal information like employee name, title, e-mail address, phone number, company name, and company contact information. Personal information will be stored for up to ten years after the customer relationship has been terminated, compliant to legal requirements. The company may change its contact persons at any time by agreeing that with Optenni Ltd.

The personal data is processed only for Optenni’s business needs and is not disclosed or transferred to other parties. The data is stored inside the European Union but our service providers may maintain the data services from outside the EU according to the EU-US Privacy Shield.
Optenni Ltd collects minimal necessary data to run its business and the data is stored only electronically and protected using standard information technology methods and access control mechanisms. All data are transferred using secure communication channels.
